He began his career over 29 years ago at JWT and Leo Burnett and McCann where he ignited a cultural change for the company along with other professionals. Since then, he managed to lead the agency to achieve a prominent place not only in the Peruvian market, but also in Latin America.
Mauricio is one of the most recognized creatives minds in the Peruvian market, with more than 1,100 awards and recognitions.
In addition, he is one of the first winners in the country of The Grand Prix in Cannes. Also, He was recognized as the Best Creative Director of Peru for 4 years in a row in «El Ojo de Iberoamérica» and one of the 50 most influential creatives in the country according to Forbes.
After 4 years as head of the creative and strategy area at Havas Peru, where he incorporated new skills around data-driven thinking and innovative use of media, he is now CCO of Mullenlowe SSP3 Peru.
